2023 Ford Explorer Interior Design & Cargo Space

The interior of the 2023 Ford Explorer is comfortably roomy and boasts plenty of storage that includes a cargo management system with an underfloor storage area. Power folding seats in the third row of higher level trims easily give way to expanded cargo capacity in the rear of the Explorer.

2023 Ford Explorer Engine & Tow Specs

Power and efficiency are yours with the 2023 Ford Explorer, thanks to two turbocharged direct-injection EcoBoost® engine options or the hybrid V6 option that’s available with the Limited trim. Rear-wheel drive (RWD) comes standard on all but the Timberline® trim, which features intelligent four-wheel drive (4WD). This drive system is available on the other trims. All engines are mated to a smooth-shifting, ten-speed automatic transmission.
