Ford Expedition Engine Specs

Built for robust performance, the 2023 Ford Expedition features a powerful twin-turbocharged V6 engine with either a 4x2 or 4x4 drive system. A high-output version featuring intelligent four-wheel drive ? which collects traction and handling data and automatically adjusts power and torque when they’re needed ? is also offered. Both engine options pair with a ten-speed SelectShift® automatic transmission for quick shifting and smooth transitions.

When properly equipped, the 2023 Ford Expedition is capable of delivering a maximum towing capacity of up to 9,300 pounds.
