The all-new 2019 Ford Edge offers two dynamic engines: a 2.0L EcoBoost® I4 and a 2.7L EcoBoost® V6 engine. Both enginescome equipped with eight-speed automatic transmission and automatic start/stop technology, which helps reduce fuelconsumption during stop-and-go city driving.

Drivetrain Types
Since the 2019 Ford Edge has different engine choices, there are also different drivetrain options. The 2.0L EcoBoost® I4 engine comes standard on the SE, SEL, and Titanium trims and features front-wheel drive with optional all-wheel drive for those trims. The 2.7L EcoBoost® V6 comes standard with all-wheel drive. Each engine is equipped with an eight-speed automatic transmission with automatic start/stop technology.
